Elkader Register, Fri. morning, 12 Nov. 1897. McGregor column.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Pohlman mourn the loss of their four-year-old boy, Willie, who died Sunday of menbraneous croup.

DIED - Willie Pohlman, born August 18, 1893, died Nov. 7th, 1897.

Willie, the four year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Pohlman, died Sunday of membraneous croup. He was buried Tuesday in the Catholic cemetery, Rev. Father O'Donnell officiating. The sympathy of all goes out to these young parents in their affliction.

"Another little lamb has gone
To dwell with Him who gave;
Another little darling boy
Is sheltered in the grave.
God needed one more angel child
Amidst his shining band
And so he bent His loving smile
And clasped our Willie's hand."

Mr. and Mrs. Will Pohlman wish to thank their friends who so kindly helped them during the sickness and death of their little son.
