Mayville, Infant Son died 1900

Elkader Register, Thur., 18 Oct. 1900. Volga column.
On the 12th inst., after a few days illness, occurred the death of the infant son of L. Mayville and wife. The little one was about three weeks old. The funeral was held Sunday, Rev. Shiffer speaking a few words at the house, the remains then being taken to Elkader and laid to rest in the family lot. We extend our sympathy.
