Mrs. Suhr, widow of Jacob Suhr, died Wednesday morning at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Miller, near National. She is survived by two children, Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Henry Gossmann, of Read. The funeral will be held at Clayton Center Friday afternoon.

(Note: WPA records indicate, Maria Suhr, 1831 - 25 July 1900, buried in Clayton Center cemetery.)
