Clayton County Register, Thur., 31 Aug. 1933. Monona column.

Mrs Sarah Neiling died Wednesday evening in Decorah in the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Killen. Mrs. Neiling was for many years a resident of Monona, and was buried in the city cemetery Friday afternoon beside her husband and son. Services were held by the Eastern Star at 3:00 o'clock. Many Monona friends attended the services. Mrs. Neiling was highly esteemed. Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Killen, with whom she made her home, and their daughter, Mrs. B. B. Amundson of Decorah, mourn her loss.
