Elkader Register & Argus, Thur., 08 Oct. 1908. Mederville column.

Carl Boling died October 1st, 1908, at the home of his step-daughter at 10 p.m., aged 77 years, 8 months and 25 days. He was born in Germany in 1831 and came to America in 1885. His wife died a few years ago and he has made his home with Mrs. August Wilberg, his step-daughter, since that time. He was buried Saturday forenoon at Mederville.
