At her home in this city Thursday morning occurred the death of Mrs. Henry Schultz, nee Eliza Schoenberg, aged four score and two years. She was born in Amt Grauburg, Mecklenburg, Schwerin, Germany in 1826. Here she grew to womanhood and was united in marriage in 18__ (looks like 1866.) with Henry Schultz. During the same year they came to America and for the past nineteen years have been residents of Garnavillo. One child was born to them which died in infancy. She is survived by an aged husband and a few distant relatives. The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon from St. Paul's church, Rev. K. W. Braun officiating. Interment was made in the new cemetery.
