Relatives received the sad news from Dubuque on Thursday of the death of Mrs. Sam Morley. The body was brought to Guttenberg on Friday and taken to the home of Delbert Morley. She leaves to mourn her death her husband, one daughter, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lou Moser, one sister, Myrna, four brothers, Reuben, Ervin, Harold and Meryl, also many relatives and friends who will sadly miss her. The funeral was held on Monday afternoon from the M.E. church, Rev. D. D. Welch officiated. Burial was made in the City cemetery.

Note: Her death certificate (familysearch) names her as Mildred (Moser) Morley.
