Clayton County Register, Thur., 14 Jul. 1927. Luana column.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard McNally, Jr., of route one, were called upon to part with their seven year old son. Unknown to the driver, the little fellow tried to get a ride on a load of hay. He did not quite make it and fell between the wheels, which passed over him. After the accident peritonitis set in and he died in a short time. The funeral occurred Tuesday.
