THURBER, TREMAIN, TRUMAN, NADING

J.W. Thurber died at Sylvan, Minn., December 6th and his remains was brought home for interment this week. Mr. and Mrs. Thurber have been visiting the past two months with their daughter Minnie and son Will. Mr. Thurber's grand-son died November 28th and as Mr. Thurber was in poor health we think the shock was too much for him.

J.S. Thurber and Jas. Nading went to Sylvan, Minn., last Wednesday to return with Mrs. J.W. Thurber.

Note: his 2nd wife, and his widow was nee Florilla S. Tremain (sometimes spelled Truman). Justin was a Civil War veteran. A great deal more about him can be found in the Civil War Honor roll on the main Clayton county website.
