Emma M. Hall was born in Fayette Co., Iowa, Jan. 24, 1867. She was united in marriage March 9, 1884, to Frank Campbell and to this union six children were born, five girls and one boy, all of whom are living. In 1893 she joined the M.E. church at Marathon, Ia., and has been a faithful member ever since. Mrs. Campbell had been in poor health for several years and passed away at Marthon (Marathon), Ia., June 17, 1907, aged 40 years, 4 months and 2_ days. The remains were brought here Wednesday evening from Arlington and taken to the home of her mother, Mrs. Hall. The funeral was held at the M.E. church Thursday, Rev. Shoemaker officiating. Our sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.
