Clayton County Register, Thur., 27 Oct. 1932. Monona column.

John Anderson, aged 92 years, died Saturday morning at his home here, having been ill for several months. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at two o'clock from the home, with burial in the city cemetery. It was a Masonic funeral. Surviving are his faithful daughter, Miss Carrie Anderson, and one grandson, Carl Anderson. Two sons, Charles Anderson and Jerry Anderson preceded him in death.
