Monona, Ia. - Funeral services for Miss Flora Ethel Davis, 75, who died Monday, were held at the Pilgrim Evangelical church, Monona, Wednesday afternoon. Burial was in City cemetery.

Miss Davis was born on a farm near Monona on April 20, 1872, and following her graduation from the Iowa State Teachers college, Cedar Falls, she taught several years at Luana and McGregor. Later she was connected with the Young Women's Christian association in St. Paul, Minn.

She was a member of the Rebekah lodge, Women's Relief corps, the Monona Women's club, and the Clayton county Garden club.

Surviving are one brother, Frank Davis, Sioux City, and two sisters, Miss Angeline Davis and Mrs. Horace Smith, both of Monona.
