Wedemeyer, Anna Kathrina 1810 - 1882

Elkader Register, Fri., 15 Dec. 1882.

Died- At Clayton Center, on the 6th inst., Anna Kathrina Wedemeyer, at the age of 72 years.

The deceased was born September 17th, 1810, at Felgan, Balzenburg, Mecklenburg, and was married to John George Wedemeyer about 1830. In 18_4 (Looks like 1864.) Mr. Wedemeyer emigrated to the United States, and they located at Clayton Center, where Mrs. Wedemeyer died. She leaves five grown children and eighteen grandchildren to mourn her loss. She was buried in the cemetery at Clayton Center, on the 8th inst.
