Last Sabbath morning, as the church bells rang out their peal, the soul of Harrison Whitlock had taken its flight. His death was sudden and a surprise to many. He was a hard working man, respected by all, and his loss will be a heavy blow to his family. He was laid to rest at County Corners, Monday. This is the third death in somewhat over a week, and surely we should pause and consider the uncertainty of life. It is indeed a time of sadness.
