Elkader Register, Fri., 12 May 1882.

Died- At her home in Cox Creek twp., on May 8th, 1882, of old age, Jane Thyne.

Deceased was born in county Clare, Ireland, and came to America in 1868, settling in Cox Creek twp. She leaves four grown children to mourn her loss, her husband having died in Ireland. She was buried in the Catholic cemetery in Cox Creek twp., on the 9th inst., Rev. Father Howe officiating.
