Mr. John Grinnell, a prominent farmer of Clayton County, gave us a friendly call this week, being in attendance on the meeting of the state Agricultural Society. We deeply sympathize with him in the loss of his companion in life for thirty years, Mrs. Caroline Grinnell, who died lately. But a few months since he lost by death an accomplished daughter.

Daughter: Mary died 1841-1871 (see also her obit)
Son: George 1842-1863
Spouse – John, no dates
