Guttenberg- Elmer E. Harbaugh, 65, a retired farmer, died Monday at his home in Guttenberg.

Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Tuecke Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery at Osterdock.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha; two daughters, Mrs. Marquerite Rentschler of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Merlin Bird of Guttenberg; three sons, Charles, Harlan and Jackie, all of Guttenberg; seven grandchildren; a brother, William Harbaugh of Dubuque; and a sister, Mrs. Alta Rippey of Pontiac, Ill.

This obit mentions that he was a WW I veteran. His daughters are named as Mrs. Laverl Relschler and Mrs. Merlin Burd.
