McGregor- James S. Young, 62, died Sunday in Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Madison, Wis. The body was cremated. Graveside services: Saturday, Oct. 27, Pleasant Grove Cemetery, with military rites. Thornburg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine; a son, David, Prairie du Chien, Wis.; two daughters, Karen, McGregor, and Liz Even, Hopkins, Minn.; and a sister, Polly Rubendall, McGregor.
