The Telegraph Herald – October 28, 1949

Strawberry Point, Ia. – The body of Daniel C. Anderson, 59, arrived here Thursday from Grand Island, Neb., and services were conducted by the Rev. Wayne L. Carlson, pastor of the Methodist Church. Burial was in Strawberry Point Cemetery.

He was born Nov. 18, 1889 in Cedar Fall, Ia. the son of Christian and Mary Ann (Christenson) Anderson. He married Beatriz Kinniburgh.

Besides his wife he is survived by a son, Tom, a student at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln; a brother, Chris, of Cedar Falls, and a sister Lena, of York, Neb.
