Elkader- Harvey F. Mahnke, 61, formerly of Elkader, and Farmersburg, Ia., died Wednesday at his home in Clear Lake Highlands, Calif.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Witt Funeral Home here, where friends may call after 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Farmersburg-Wagner Cemetery, Farmersburg.

Surviving are a brother, Elmer of Madison, Wis.; and two sisters, Mrs. Alice Monlux and Mrs. Olga Oelke, both of Elkader.
