Tinkham, Elizabeth 1819-1890

Mrs. John Tinkham, an old resident of Sperry township, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nash, in Illinois, after a brief illness, Sunday January 19, 1890, aged 70 years.

She had been in poor health all the fall, but becoming better she went to her daughter’s about three weeks ago to spend the winter.

She leaves a daughter and three sons and several grandchildren, besides many friends, to mourn her lass.

The remains were brought to Volga for interment. The funeral will be held Wednesday.
