Died in Elkader, on Wednesday, April 25th, 1866, Mrs. Jane, wife of O. F. Davis, aged 34.

Deep must be the grief of Mr. Davis. He has lost a companion dearer to him than all else in the worlds. Mrs. D. was highly esteemed here.
