HALSTED, HALSTEAD, CASE

Strawberry Point, Ia., Dec. 10 - Funeral services were held Sunday for Mrs. George Halsted, 65, who died at an Iowa City hospital Saturday from shock after falling and breaking her hip here.

Services were held at the Congregational church, conducted by Rev. L. Troyer. Pallbearers were O.A. Teed, John Kramer, James Cole, M. Hatfield and Fred Farrington. Interment was in the local cemetery. She is survived by her husband, a niece and an aunt.

~Cemetery records show first name, spelling 'Halstead' for surname & indicate she is buried in a Case family lot. Case is possibly her maiden name.
