Waterloo Daily Courier, Fri., 13 June 1951.

Strawberry Point- George Raymond Tucker, 73, at his home in Strawberry Point, Wednesday, following a long illness; son of William and Sophia Busefink Tucker; married Elizabeth Kramer, May 15, 1923, at Manchester; engaged in farming until his retirement to Strawberry Point 13 years ago;; lifelong member of the Methodist church; preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and seven sisters; leaves wife, and a brother, Henry of Edgewood; prayer services will be conducted at his home at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, followed by services at the Methodist church; burial in Strawberry Point cemetery; Gill funeral home in charge of arrangements.
