Harry T. Ahrendt died at a local hospital this morning. Mr. Ahrendt was born in Littleport, Iowa on October 8, 1889, son of Charles and Anna Ahrendt.

Mr. Ahrendt had been a resident of this city for the past 10 years and has a wide circle of friends who will deeply and sincerely mourn his passing. He had been employed at Gregg and Son as a woodworker and was highly esteemed by all who knew him. Previous to his residence here he had lived in Dubuque, Iowa for over 40 years.

The surviving relatives include: his wife, Mrs. Etta O. Ahrendt, two daughters, Miss Ethel and Miss Joy Ahrendt; two sons, Milton H. and Wallace C. Ahrendt of Hudson; two sisters, Mrs. Arnold Dietrich and Mrs. Anna Haas, both of Dubuque, Iowa; two brothers, William of Dubuque and Charles Ahrendt of Jamesville, Wis.

He was a member of the Main St. Methodist church and Rising Sun Lodge, AF & AM of this city. The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
