Luana, Ia., Nov. 11 - Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Schuette of route No. 1, Luana, Ia., were held Sunday afternoon at the Lutheran church at Postville. Mrs. Schuette was 56 years of age.

She leaves her husband, four sons, Louis, Castalia; Eldo, Arno and Emmett, one daughter, Mrs. Eldo Gericke; five sisters, August Kamps [sic], Dubuque; Elizabeth Eggert, Postville; Emma Foels, Ridgeway; Bertha Sneider, Merrill, Wis.; Ida Kamin, Luana; one brother, Henry Schroeder, Luana. One sister, Mrs. Henry Honus, preceded her in death two years ago at the same age.
