Elkader- Funeral services for Miss Agnes Taken, age 74, who passed away at her home in Elkader on Saturday evening were held from St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Elkader at 10 a.m. this morning. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery at Dubuque, beside her brother Right Rev. Msgr. James P. Taken.

Miss Taken was a sister of the late Rt. Rev. Msgr. James P. Taken, who was pastor of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Elkader from 1917 to 1944.
