Strawberry Point- Dale Oscar Brown, 93, formerly of the Edgewood and rural Garber area, died Wednesday, May 19, 1999, in the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home after a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Leonard Funeral Home, Edgewood, by the Rev. Kent Newton. Burial: Bethel Cemetery, rural Colesburg. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight and after 7 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Survivors include a sister, Zala Troester of Garnavillo.

Also surviving is a special cousin, Mildred Gordon of Strawberry Point.
