Guttenberg- Edmund C. Hoeger, 86, died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 1997, in Guttenberg Care Center after a short illness. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, St. Mary's Catholic Church, by Monsignor John McClean. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg, where a wake service begins at 5 p.m.

Survivors include a brother, Marcus and wife Darlene of Cedar Rapids; a sister-in-law, Adella Hoeger of Garnavillo; a brother-in-law, Linus Thole of Petersburg; and many nieces and nephews.
