Postville Review, Postville, Iowa, Sat., 18 April 1891.

M. V. Daubenberger, of the firm of Stauer & Daubenberger, lumber dealers and proprietors of the saw mill at Prairie du Chien, died at his home at McGregor on the 11th.

(NOTE: WPA records show a Vincent Daubenberger who died in 1891 as buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Any relationship to the surname Stauer is unknown.)
