New Vienna- Virgil L. Burr, 84, died Saturday, May 20, 2000, in Bethany Home, Dubuque, after a lengthy illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, St. Boniface Catholic Church, New Vienna. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery, Guttenberg. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Kramer Funeral Home, Dyersville, where there will be a rosary at 4 p.m. and a Scripture service at 7:30 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Verdus; two daughters, Joyce Digmann of Dyersville and Sherry Buxton of Dubuque; and a sister, Virginia Petty of Dubuque.
