Guttenberg- Eldon C. "Bud" Saeugling, 80, died Monday night in Mercy Hospital, Dubuque. He was a U.S. Fish and Wildlife fish biologist for 40 years.

Surviving are his wife, Mildred; a daughter, Catherine Keenan of Salinas, Calif.; four brothers, Arthur of Minneapolis, Minn., Cletus of Guttenberg, Dennis of Iowa City and Dean of St. Louis Park, Minn.; two sisters, Mildred LaDage of Guttenberg and Lucille South of Edina, Minn.; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services 10:30 a.m. Thursday, St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn's, where a wake service will be held at 8 tonight.
