Elkader- Richard Bigler, 96, of Knoxville, formerly of Elkader, died Tuesday, April 30, 2002, in Knoxville Area Community Hospital of a heart ailment. Services: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Eastside Cemetery, by the Rev. Jim Klosterboer. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Evans-McCleery Funeral Home, Knoxville.

Surviving is a daughter, Donna McCleery of Knoxville.
