Postville- Welmer C. Heins, 84, of New Hampton, formerly of the Postville and Clermont areas, died Tuesday, April 2, 2001, in the New Hampton Nursing & Rehab Center after a brief illness. Services: 1 p.m. Friday, Schutte Funeral Home, Postville, by the Rev. Robert Hupp. Burial: St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Monona. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include two brothers, Harvey of New Hampton and Harold of Clermont; and two sisters, Aleta Reeder of Elgin and Darlene Heins of New Hampton.
