Oelwein Daily Register, Mon., 7 June 1971.

Elkader- William Nightingale, 67, died Saturday at his home in Strawberry Point.

Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, June 8, at 1 p.m. at Mederville Cemetery but friends may call at the Witt Funeral Home prior to services.

Survivors include his wife, Lula of Strawberry Point; one daughter, Linda at home; three sons, William of Dundee, Dean of Dyersville and Bob of Manchester; one brother, Herman of Cedar Rapids; and two grandchildren.
