Strawberry Point- Lloyd G. Lathrop of Quincy, Ill., former Strawberry Point resident, died Sunday at Quincy. Services will be held at Strawberry Point Cemetery at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Waterloo Daily Courier, Wed., 2_ June 1950.

Strawberry Point- Graveside services were held Tuesday for Lloyd Lathrop Sr., who died at the age of 77 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., following a brief illness: leaves two children, they are Mrs. R. G. (looks like Bencke or Beneke), Cedar Rapids, and Lloyd Lathrop Jr., of Mendosia, Ill.; also two sisters, Mrs. Grace Miles, Stockton, Cal., and Mrs. Charles Waln, Charlotte, Ia.
