McGregor- Margaret M. Lettington, 78, died Saturday in Great River Care Center. Services: 1 p.m. Monday, Thornburg's, where friends may call from 3 to 6:30 p.m. today. Burial: Pleasant Grove Cemetery, McGregor.
Survivors include a son, Leroy of Cedar Rapids; a granddaughter; a sister, Ann Deman of Cedar Rapids.
She was born Sept. 10, 1912, at Marquette, to George and Anna (Holly) Montgomery. She attended school in Marquette, later moving to Monona. She married Leo Lettington Sept. 28, 1929, in Jewel. He died July 7, 1982. They moved around the country with a construction crew, later moving to Cedar Rapids, where they lived 40 years.
She was a member of the Lutheran church in Marion.
