Monona- Marlys Mae Miller Seitz, 47, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1993, in an auto accident near Elkader. Services: 2 p.m. Sunday, St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Schultz's Funeral Home, where a prayer service begins at 8 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard; two daughters, Lisa McMullen of Belleville, Ill., and Jeana Seitz of Fairfax, Va.; a son, Chad of Monona; her father, Harlin Miller of Monona; a sister, Joyce Melcher of Monona; and two brothers, Dale Miller of Fredericksburg and Ronald Miller of Monona.
