Monona- Beverly J. Sawvell, 61, died Wednesday, April 29, 1998, in her home, following a long illness. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial: Monona City Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona.

Survivors include her husband, Earl; two daughters, Vickey Ambrose of Marion, and Lynn Mohoney of Bagley, Wis.; a son, Donald of Monona; two sisters, Ruth Gerndt of McGregor and Dorla Drahn of Monona; and two brothers, Roger Bothel of Eugene, Ore., and Curt Bothel of Mount Vernon.

Beverly's maiden name was Gress; she was d/o Lester & Lorraine Gress. Lorraine's maiden name was Wilker. Lorraine had another marriage to unkn. Bothel.
