LENTH, ZURCHER, HABERICHTER, GRUBE, RUPP, JARMS

Monona, Ia., Jan. 21 - Mrs. Ursula Lenth, aged 87, died Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Haberichter. She was born at Baden, Germany, Sept. 29, 1844, and at the age of 20 came to this country.

She was married to Joseph Lenth May 30, 1864, at Farmersburg. She moved to Monona in 1879 and had lived in her present home continuously for 54 years. Mr. Lenth died in 1912.

Surviving are six children: W.G. Lenth, Evanston, Ill.; H.F. Lenth, Riceville, Ia.; L.C. Lenth, Elkader; Mrs. William Grube, Weda, S.D.; Mrs. J.Q. Rupp and Mrs. Charles Haberichter, Monona. She has 16 grandchildren, also one sister, Mrs. Lena Jarms, Monona, and one brother, Gottlieb Zurcher, Farmersburg.

Monona, Ia., Jan. 25 - Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph Lenth, aged 87, were held Friday afternoon from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Haberichter, and the Evangelical Lutheran church, the Rev. A. Daugs officiating, with burial in the city cemetery.

Surviving are six children: W.G. Lenth, Evanston, Ill.; Henry F. Lenth, Riceville, Ia.; L.C. Lenth, Elkader; Mrs. William Grube, Weda, S.D.; Mrs. J.Q. Rupp and Mrs. Charles Haberichter, Monona; also 16 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Lena Jarms of Monona, and one brother, Gottlieb Zurcher, Farmersburg.
