Mrs. LaVern Noeller.

Marilyn T. Noeller, who died Friday, was born in Elkader Feb. 27, 1943, and was a resident of Cedar Rapids since 1965.

Mrs. Noeller was a professional singer and had cut records in Nashville, including "It's So Much Fun Making Up" and "I Can't Take It Anymore".

Surviving besides her husband are a son, Paul V.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dougherty, Elkader; six sisters, Mrs. Adolph Hanson and Mrs. Tom Prideaux, both of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Gerald Fassbinder, Postville, Mrs. Jack Dittmer, Elkader, Mrs. Bill Bergstrom, Des Moines, and Mrs. William Minihan, Canton, S.D.; three brothers, Bernard Dougherty, LuVerne, Minn., Jerry Dougherty, Cedar Rapids, and Jim Dougherty, Des Moines.

Memorial services: Kuba Funeral Home, 10 a.m. Monday, by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Anthony W. Chihak. Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Elkader. Rosary: 7 p.m. Sunday. Friends may call at the funeral home.
