North Buena Vista- Charles A. "Junior" Hess, 61, died Friday morning, Dec. 3, 1993, in Guttenberg Municipal Hospital after a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Survivors include his wife LouAnn; three daughters, Lisa Hess of La Crescent, Minn., Tammy Kahle of Guttenberg and Tracey Hess of Iowa City; two sons, Rodney of Lansing and Russell of Iowa City; and two brothers, John of Dubuque and Vernon of Martinez Lake, Ariz.

Also surviving are three grandchildren.
