Elkader- Paul J. Roach, 78, died Wednesday morning in the Elkader Care Center. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at Leonard-Witt Funeral Home, where a Scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Survivors include a sister, Ann Boland of Long Beach, Calif.; and a brother, LaVerne of Onarga, Ill.
