Guttenberg-- Clarence M. Handke Sr., 71, died Saturday evening in Guttenberg Municipal Hospital. Services: 10:30 a.m. today, United Methodist Church. Burial: Guttenberg City Cemetery. Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Lillian; five daughters, Linda Gardner of Evansdale, Patricia Chettinger of Balco, Okla., Kathy Chettinger of Farmersburg, Peggy Wagner of Garber and Pamela Tuecke of East Dubuque, Ill.; three sons, Roger of Colesburg, Gary of Strawberry Point and Clarence Jr. of Dubuque; three brothers, Roland, Eugene and Raymond, all of Guttenberg; and five sisters, Arlene Thein, Bernice Purman, Edna Hansel and Mary Ann Hoeger, all of Guttenberg and Augusta Gloeckner of Epworth.

Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
