Elkader-- Cecil Elizabeth Klingman Donlon, 92, died Tuesday night, Sept. 10, 1996, in Central Community Hospital after a short illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. The Rev. Thomas Rhomberg and the Rev. Karl Goodfellow will officiate. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, where there will be Scripture services at 4 and 8 p.m.

Survivors include two daughters, Amy Updegraff of Des Moines and Betty Diebel of Elgin, Texas; and two sons, Joe of Luana and Luke of Elkader.
