Cedar Rapids Gazette, Wednesday, 7 June 2000.

Monona-- Lloyd H. Russell, 75, died Tuesday, June 6, 2000, In Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis., after a short illness. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Monona, by Pastor Glen Leaf. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call Thursday at Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona.

Survivors include a brother, Glenn of Carlsbad, Calif.

Also surviving is a niece, Donna Rae Russell of Orange, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Viola, on Aug. 12, 1988.

Lloyd was born June 5, 1914
