Garnavillo-- Charlotte Ann (Krogman) Oberbroeckling, 78, of Garnavillo, died Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque, from cancer. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Garnavillo, with the Rev. Marvin Bries officiating. Interment: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Garnavillo. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Garnavillo, and one hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Survivors include her husband, Donald; a daughter, Marcia Franklin of Danville, Ill.; and three sons, Michael of Garnavillo, Mark of Austin, Minn., and Gary of Swisher.
