Strawberry Point-- Rosalee Gill was born Sept. 27, 1923, in Strawberry Point, daughter of Gorda and Dorothy Gill.

She graduated from Strawberry Point High School in 1940. In 1944 she received her BA in physical education from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, where she was president of her senior class. She was elected to Who's Who in American College's and Universities.

She taught at Marion, Council Bluffs, Manchester, St. Paul, Minn., and Strawberry Point. She was active in civic and social affairs.

March 10, 1946, she was married to Willis M. Huebner, Strawberry Point funeral director and furniture dealer.

Mrs. Huebner died at her home Friday, March 1. Her husband, one daughter, Rosanne; a son, Billy; her father and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Van Dyck, Des Moines; Mrs. Marshall Barnes, Worthington, Ohio, and Mrs. Peter Teschner, Clarendon Hills, Ill., survive. Her mother preceded her in death Nov. 8, 1948.

Services: March 4, 1963, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Strawberry Point. Gill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
