Manchester-- Services for Mrs. Viola Otterbeck, 82, who died Monday at Delaware County Hospital, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Roberson Funeral Chapel in Strawberry Point; burial in the Strawberry Point Cemetery; survivors include a brother, Harry McLane, of Strawberry Point; friends may call until noon Wednesday at Bohnenkamp Funeral Home in Manchester.
