Kenneth Raymond Otterbeck, 76, died Thursday morning, Nov. 16, 1995, in Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Manchester, after a long illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, United Methodist Church, by the Rev. Anita Bane. Burial: Strawberry Point Cemetery, with military rites. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Roberson Funeral Home, Strawberry Point, where a Masonic service begins at 4 p.m.

Survivors include his wife, Lila; a daughter, Joan Fangman of Ashland, Neb.; a sister, Katherine Saubery of Cedar Rapids; and a brother, Donald of Glendale, Ariz.

Also surviving are four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
